The Oils: Peppermint, Rosemary, Holy Basil, Ginger, Grapeseed
Spices like rosemary, peppermint, ginger and basil clear the dampness or phlegm that clogs the sensory portals of our head (ears, eyes, nose). When manifesting physically dampness makes thinking cloudy and memory foggy and digestion sluggish. When manifesting emotionally it might seem like we are always viewing our lives through the lens of the past. In Chinese medicine we say the past is the dampness we carry in our body. As we clear the dampness in our senses (vision, hearing, smelling) with these oils, we clear the past and very literally change the perception of our present. Holy basil is one of the most sacred herbs of the East, bringing to this blend a connection with our spirit.

DAILY RITUAL: Apply 1-2 times daily to suggested points for 1 month and inhale throughout the day for added reminder and support. Best used within 3 months of opening.

Large Intestine 4- Union Valley A strong point to tap into the power of the Large Intestine channel, it helps us to eliminate and let go of thoughts, experiences and beliefs in ourselves that are not nourishing us. It is also a point to clear the head and a well-known point for headaches, helping us release any stagnate thinking or beliefs that cloud our perception of self.
Lung 1- Middle Palace A point that strongly taps into the letting go energy of the Lungs. The Lungs help us process and let go of grief, sadness and isolation. When these feelings block one’s connection to their own essence, this point is indicated for healing. When in balance, the Lungs bring us a sharp sense of clarity, so we can easily see the light of our spirit reflected back to us.
Kidney 4- Great Bell As the name suggests, as an empty great bell is rung, the sound is so clear it is heard even in the distance. This point helps empty our own vessel of that which is obstructing the clarity of our own resonance with ourselves. It aids us when we are afraid of what we might see with ourselves, providing us with calm and a deep sense of faith.
